The Imperial Star Destroyers are the basic design of the Troop Transports the Blood Knights use, which being that they are nearly scrapped hulls of older model Star Destroyers makes a lot of sense. There are many differences between these Star Destroyers and those normally used by Fleet.

Unlike the rest of the Blood Knights who all wear exclusively blood red armor, or have their vehicles painted blood red, these ISD-Transports are still pure white. This allows them to blend into a Fleet, though a few of their engines inspection of their Hull clearly shows them to be different in configuration. It does seem to fool the careless.

-The Normal Ship-to-Ship Turbolasers and Ion Cannons have not been replaced on the scrapped hulls. Instead they have been replaced with a bank of eight orbital bombardment batteries running along the dorsal section.Each battery consists of eight guns on a turret. Unfortunately the already underpowered Troop Transports has plenty of power troubles. Even powering up the heavy turrets needed to move these guns slows the forwards speed by 10%, firing a gun causes the speed to reduce by a further 10%. For this reason these guns are rarely used outside orbital bombardment where they can stay in one place. In Flight the guns are locked forward and have no fire control.
--The first two batteries are a set of heavy planetary bombardment energy torpedos, larger than normal energy torpedos these guns can only fire once every two minutes. The fly unguided in a strait line at 20% the speed of light for a maximum of thirty seconds. Because of their unfocused nature, energy torpedoes can normally only weaken enemy shields by half, these heavy ones can obliterate anything but planetary shields, though the chance of hitting it if it is not stationary are remote at best. They are imprecise at best, and their destructive capability, makes the firing crews loath to fire on anything with an allied troop within ten miles.
--Light Planetary Bombardment Turbolasers make up the next two batteries. These can fire once every eight seconds, and have some complex orbital bombardment targeting computers. They are used for precision strikes to annihilate enemy emplacement or large war machines. They are precise enough to fire within a mile of an ally troop.
--Medium Planetary Bombardment Turbolasers are the next two batteries. Firing once every twenty four seconds they are used in conjunction with the other two ISD-Transports to provide a continuous stream of annihilation to "soften-up" a target emplacement.
--The last two batteries are a set of heavy Planetary Bombardment Turbolasers, they can only fire once every minute and are rather destructive and very inaccurate.
--Each ISD-Transport is equipped with several Drop-Pod Missile Tubes, each able to launch an entire battallion of Assault Troopers from space in a single wave. Each Drop-Pod is launched at Mach 10, and is held together with an overpowered shield and inertial dampener system.
--The minor Point defense systems have been enhanced and augmented over a standard ISD, though these are used to keep the immediate area clear so that Orbital Drop of Troops stays clear. Surface Point defense has been doubled on the dorsal section and tripled on the ventral section. It is incredibly enhanced around the loading bays, and includes chain Railguns, quad-laser cannon, ion cannon and plasma cannon.
-The normal starfighter and support craft of an ISD has been replaced with the needs of the Army. Four Loading bays exist and each ISD-Transport houses one third the Blood Knights.
-The ships have been nearly automated, able to be run by only 1,000 Imperial Navy Personnel, and are more run by remote from the Aclamma, as most of these are gunners for the orbital bombardment weaponry.
-The engines have been reinforced with two extra large Ion Engines so that the heavier ISD-Transports can keep up with their Fleet Cousins. However the normal maneuvering engines were not replaced, so these Star Destroyer's really do not dodge.
-The ISD-Transport has four shield domes instead of the standard two, one sits between the two fore loading bays and one between the two aft loading bays. When not being used to cover the drop of the troops they are angled to aid with the defense of the Fleet around them
-The hull has been heavily reinforced in anticipation that these ships will take a brunt of an attack from orbital defense weaponry. The normal durasteel layers were doubled, and then a layer of Quadanium alloy was added, and then a layer of special thermal superconducting armor was added. While this would have seriously slowed the ISD-Transports without the addition of two additional engines, it further reduces their ability to maneuver. It has been remarked that the Acclama could fly circles around all three of these.
-ISD were designed to function on their own for six years without refueling with a crew of near forty thousand. The ISD-Transport is designed to transport the Blood Knights for a maxiumum of a year at half rations and more than likely six months. Corynthian does not like his men to be cramped and several tons of space have been dedicated to R&R activities. Most of the space is however dedicated to medical and engineering bays, with a large section dedicated to the new Stormtrooper MK-III Power Armor, since they are bolted onto their wearer and need a shop to take the suit off.
