Happy Snoggletog/Holidays everyone! :lol:a

Just wanted to wish everyone, their family, friends, and loved ones a safe and happy Holiday season!

Fell free to discuss how your holidays went, where ya went, who it was spent with, what the weather was like, what personal or family traditions/hijinks were observed, what presents were gifted or received and, of course, what the food was like!

Also discuss your Holiday wishes!

Happy Holidays everyone! :)

Mine are already pretty awesome, since two days ago, I finally finished with my scientific Matura paper after one year of work (I don't know the American equivalent, but it's a part of the 12th school year and is required for graduation), and it turned out pretty well. Last Friday now was the last part of it, a special day on which all the students in year 12 have a ca. 15 minutes presentation of their work, which is included in the final grade of the matura paper. Anyway, it's all over now, and I just have a feeling of freedom and satisfaction that will make these holidays extra special. Hell yeah. BDrewq

Apart from that (and the obligatory partying that came with this event), I don't plan on doing anything specific. Celebrating christmas with my family, eating lots of fondue, going snowboarding etc. Like every year. :D

Happy Holidays! ^.^

Mine have been pretty great thus far, it's fantastic to be home for a whole month! I'm off to Minnesota for a few days to visit friends and then back home for a few days before going back to school. Whooo second semester!

Mine have been fun. I got a new board game (7 Wonders). I've got to spend quite a bit of time with the family. I'm reading Dune. (It's so good!)

Had a wonderful Holiday season!

I had Christmas lunch with the family, with lotsa stuffing, mashed potatoes, casserole, rolls, and other goodies, along with some wonderful cheesecake, red velvet cake, and banana-nut cake for dessert!

I gave out two throw-blankets and two sets of knee and elbow pads to my niece and nephew who got new longboards, and a book of funny bible anecdotes to my dad, and some gardening books for my mom.

My family gave me a gift card to Target, a DVD 'bout Noah's Ark, and best of all, they donated a small flock of chicks to Heifer International in my name, :D which made me exceptionally happy.

Then I went up to Fort Worth for my younger brother's wedding, which was very nice and also had wonderful food (never had corn souffle before, but I loved it!), and then went over to the Kimball Art Museum and later skipped over to Dallas to go the World Aquarium (MANATEES!! :lol:a ) and the Half-Priced Book Superstore (one of the largest bookstores in America), and stocked up on books (as if needed any more than the small library's worth I already have).

Then we drove back home, stopping at Braum's Ice Cream on the way (never been before, but I liked it), and made it back in time to celebrate New Years with lotsa fireworks we shot off!

Overall, a very wonderful Holiday season!
