I got the Albert Lea Seed house catalog this week. They have many organic seeds that you can get. There are several wheat seeds for sale this year but if you want the Glenn Wheat (rated one of the best for baking) you will have to order early as it sells out fast. If you want it for storing it for grinding or eating make sure that you tell them so that you get seed that isn't treated in any way. They also have a hulless oat called streaker. Oats, to be usable for human use, must be hulled. Hulless oats can be used for rolling (oatmeal) and you can buy a roller from Lehmans hardware in Kidron OH. Make sure that you try the rolling before you need to...maybe a group class or something.

Is there pricing in the catalog?
It does not take a majority to prevail... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.

There are only prices for the treatments and shipping for the pallet rates. You would have to call them to find out a price.

A good source of supplies and information that I would recommend is your local feed store. True, they deal mostly in animal feed, but they can get other stuff and often will special order items that you want. An added bonus is if you're a regular customer, sometimes they'll not even take the full mark-up on items they order in for you. But, that's just my experience from living in a small town and may not be applicable to everywhere.
