Stopped off in Singapore on the way and on the first day in the hotel I got in the lift, this geezer got in on the next floor with a hearty "G'day mate". Me and Mrs Baz both said hello to which he replied "Ahh, you're both poms" to which Mrs Baz said she was but I was a mick. "Except during the ashes when I claim dual nationality" I said. He stared at the floor in crestfallen silence for the next 13 floors. Went to the MCG as well to watch an Aussie Rules game, Carlton Blues Vs Richmond Tigers, with a mate who moved out to Melbourne 3 years ago. We talked very loudly about Cricket and the bloke next to me looked gutted, even more so when the Blues (our team) beat the tigers (his team). Cracking stadium and great match but not a fan of there being no segregation of fans and no chants either. I tried to instigate a good old fashioned ruck but the aussies were being pussies. |

When I went to see Predators last year, when the film ended, some lads at the back were like 'And after all that, they still couldn't find Raoul Moat' and everyone burst out laughing. Definitely the highlight of that film. R.I.P. 100% legend. |

It was pretty awful but it had some points where it hit that bad-good territory. The cameo and entire Yakuza guy character were both really entertaining. Worth a download. |
