You have made it this far into TWE, don't go back now. Here are some of our simple, basic rules to follow here. If you break any of the rules, you will be punished by either being suspended for a couple days or get exiled from TWE! Subject to change. Basics: - We only take Created Wrestlers ONLY! - Try not to pick a picture base/theme music/finishers that is already taken. (Check the Contracts page to see who's/what's not taken.) - You are entitled to one(1) rematch to a championship that you may have lost. If you have failed to gain it then, you fall back into the rankings. - Do not steal or copy any other work from some place else. - This is all fun and games. - If you lose a match, don't moan over it. Again it is just a game and all for fun. - PM the Front Office if you are planning on taking a leave from WWF Inc. We need to know this in order to prevent a stall in productions. You must give us at least an estimate time of return so that we can keep you in mind when we continue production. -RPs will be due at MIDNIGHT the Thursday before the show. -PPV Rps will be due by MIDNIGHT the Saturday before the show. Chatbox: - You can find the chatbox at the bottom of the page. It is open to everyone. - Be respectful to others and their opinions in the chatbox. We here at TWE like friendly debates. - Mods have the rights to ban you for whatever amount of time they think you should serve if you break a rule. Promos: - We have a two(2) promo limit for each show as well as Pay Per Views. - They don't have to be a long novel or a short sentence but make sure it is long enough to get across what you are trying to say to your opponent and clear enough for the viewers/judges to understand it. - Promos posted after the deadline will not be counted. So please be on time. Again, if you have a time restraint, let the Front Office Know ASAP! - You can only use commentators, interviewers in your promos unless you are/have been given permission from another Persona here to use them. PM them and ask the Persona could you use them. - You can use our House Show page to build your character, so that we won't have to. Again, TWE is all about YOU building your character to how you want it. We just provide the opportunities. - Make your promos entertaining. Use some story in it. Judging: - Judges will be the match writer/s and they will determine who wins that weeks bout. - Don't try to bribe a judge to get a win. - Judges will judge three things in your promo: -Spelling and Punctuation While this is somewhat important, we will not take anything away from you if it is only a few mistakes. We all make mistakes in writing and unless it is unreadable, then we will be lenient on this. -Creativity This is probably the most important. We want you to create something that is interesting. If your character is dull and boring, no one is going to have any interest in reading your rp. Keep the readers interested and most of all be original. -Stick to your character Another very important thing to be aware of. Stay true to your character, if he is a calm man, do not have him bouncing off walls and going insane randomly. There is nothing more annoying than when a man changes his gimmick midstream throughout an RP. It will never let the readers get the sense of the character. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM DOING IN-RING SEGMENTS IN YOUR ROLEPLAYS! YOUR CHARACTER CUTTING A IN RING PROMO WHEN THERE IS NO SHOW GOING ON MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! These are three very simple things, but in the end we will be looking at each one of them very closely. Segments: - The show writers decide on writing you a segment. So make sure that you present you character to a T so that they can get a clear understanding of what to do. - The writers can ask you to do a segment and if you agree, make sure it pertains to the storyline they make. - Try to make it as good as possible in your own standards. - Segments are always welcome, but keep them related to your current feud or your current match. You will be asked to write certain segments the Office creates. - Interviews will also be sent via PM to be put on shows as well. - Watch spelling and grammar - Write in a show format. Ask if you don’t know what that is. - Debut segments will be accepted as always. Shows & Cards: - Shows & Cards will be on time weekly. If not, we will have at least a twenty four(24) hour delay with it! If there will be a longer delay, we will notify everyone and give our best estimate time when it will be complete. Storylines: - You are strongly encouraged to exchange PM’s with one another to develop a storyline or feud. If you don't, you will put you where the judges/match writers think you could fit. Understand that the Front Office has the final say on any storyline/feud creation and progression. If things become out of hand, we have the power to stop the progression. - If you want to feud with someone else, contact the Front Office via PM and we will do our best to make that happen within the show. Language: - We allow some profanity in your promos but to an extent. So mind your languages to some degree. - Watch spelling, grammar and punctuation in promos. Again, we know not everyone is the best speller in the World. Inactive Or Going To Be: - If you have not been active here for at least four (4) days, your contract will be terminated and you will be on the inactive list. (Unless you inform the Front Office ahead of time about you leaving.) Once you are on the inactive list, your picture base becomes available to whomever may want it! - If you no show, you will lose that week‘s bout. If you have a good reason that you might no showing that week, let the Front Office know ASAP! Suspensions: - Will be issued if a rule is broken more than three (3) times. The degree of the suspension will reflect off what rule is broken. Fired!: - If you happen to get fired, tough luck and good luck finding a different efed. You cannot come back with the same picture base(unless permitted) if the Front Office decides to rehire you once you've been fired. Try not to get fired! Most of all have fun, it's what we are here for, is it not? Edited by TWE Chairmen Relief, Jul 21 2010, 10:59 PM.
