Get back on topic: What's the logic in running plasma piping throughout Starfleet starships in the 24th century? You know, as in EPS (Electro-Plasma System) taps? Aside from creating plasma fires ("Disaster") for our entertainment, I don't see the need for that kind of raw power anywhere outside of Engineering. |
