unit Type: PxTerra Name: Vile Height: 46 meters Power source: Magnetic Weapons: Magnetfication (crafting things out of metal), Steel progressive broadsword. Optional Equipment: electric currents running through broadsword, a sturdy tail. Appearance: Gray-ish purple in it's appearance, Vile looks to be a very stout mecha with a tail useful for knocking back attackers from behind it or stabbing mechas with it. It seems to let out a hellish roar whenever it seems to craft something via magnetfication. The head has horns like that of a demon's, and the eyes glare a blood red and orange. It looks, sounds, and fights as merciless as it's normal pilot, Elvenu. <lolol final boss mecha anyone?> |

That reminds me, I read the basic plot and noticed something. The original Terracida was described as being twice as tall as the Empire State Building. That's around 900 meters by the way. Don't you think that's a bit big? |

Yep. But also keep in mind that Terracida was the sole mecha that ended the last grand war almost flawlesly (FLAWLESS VICTORY) and had the power behind it beyond what any nuke could possibly achieve minus the fallout. Not to mention that it's the sole symbol of change for humankind and blah blah whatever insert something I haven't written about it yet here and that's why it's so goddamn big. |

I'd imagine you'd have the same effect with a 100 meter tall mech. That's about the size of the Statue of Liberty, an icon far more representative of hope. But that's just me though. |

I see where you're coming from. But keep in mind that this world is a bit different from ours and they probably don't have all that much to commemorate for such a thing. .. You know what, I'll just add more backstory to adequately explain why I made it so big later. For the moment, we'll just assume the "awesome symbol of awesome" excuse. Gawd we have a lot to explain before we advertise this RP. |

I get your idea too, you want something imposing. But there is a certain limit that something bipedal can get to before the metal that makes it up deforms from weight. That's why the guy who made the Eiffel Tower made the structure bone-like and put it on stable ground. Sorry if I'm being pedantic, it's just that there's a reason why I'm asking. Plus it's a reason Gundams and Mobile Armors usually stay below 70 meters. |

The supports on the towering mongoloid would have to be so thick in account with its height that its legs are like bricks while the body is a small bouncy ball. Thinking of it in proportion, it's a globby hunk of metal that apparently hits hard lol. Whatever works must I say. |
