I'm not so sure how I feel about this being a Terra mech AND being able to freeze things. Approved, but keep in mind that it's a prototype and can't always function that well.

I can convert it to a GUMA instead if it's too powerful. Actually... let me do that.

Now I'm much more comfortable with this mecha. Approved.

I talked to Azure and it'll still malfunction, because it's rather hard to counter Absolute Zero. And I'm assuming it would be rather hard to always have that temperature outside of a lab setting.

There's a reason I kept the px denotation. I intended for it to be unreliable. It's why Cole prefers hand-to-hand, because that cannon can fail.

Alright, but keep in mind that when I say that it'll malfunction that it'll only work about 50% of the time. And if it doesn't work it will have to be fixed at the base before it will work again,

Okay, but the Frost Cannon gets upgraded two times. The first upgrade occurs about 7-10 fights after Cole gets the Mk I. He'll give it back to the research scientists to make it more reliable. He gets it back after about 4-7 fights as a Mk II, which would have a 75-80% success reach and a wider beam (500mm). Plus both versions only fires and hits at about 500 meters, with 0 degrees Kelvin being at the first 100 meters.

The second upgrade further increases reliability to about 90-95% of the time, and can hit now at about 1000 meters. The effect at 0 degrees Kelvin now works at 150 meters.

It also leaves a trail of snow and ice in its path.

Oh, he just becomes on par with a MP GUMA mech too, so he's broken at the start, but evens out at the end.

So when the Laevateinn comes into the play and the countries begin to build around its technology, it slowly degrades from there?

75% at most ever. No more then that.
