No, I'm not talking about the bots that are used by people who play runescape and apparantly lack the ability to click a mouse themselves. I am reffering to a MMORPG made by acclaim.

Its a game with fairly decent graphics where you control one of three types of robot (a bot). You travel through cyberspace, alone or with other people online, battling against virus bots. As you win battles you gain experiance and ultimately level up. With levels you can purchase better equipment and parts to change your appearence and power. Every bot has the ability to transform in a larger bot for a limited amount of time and open up a can of whoop-ass on the viruses.

There is also a player vs player mode which is exactly what it says on the tin.

No i'm not gonna pretend the game's perfect, there are some glitches and if your sharing a room (a room is where groups of people wait to start a level) with someone with a slow processor it can lag up everyones game and cause it to glitch, but this isn't a common problem. Despite its faults BOTS!! is a pretty solid game and is good for passing the hours when runescape just isn't cutting it for you.

To download BOTS!! visit http://bots.acclaim.com/

The file is about 500 MB and you will need a nVidia or an AVI graphics card for the game to function properly.

So like I said, it's not perfect but definatley worth a look

Feel free do post here woth any questions, problems or comments about the game

Sounds like a good idea. Acclaim are a pretty well established company so I don't think the file will let in viruses but you can never be too careful.
