(+Attack) Name: Xemnas Alias: Leader, the Superior Age: 30 (physically 20) Element: Nothingness Race: Nobody Home World: The World that Never Was Job: No. I and Leader of Organization XIII Weapon: Ethereal Blades Interdiction - ![]() Xemnas's signature weapon. Ethereal Blades are beams of solidified Nothingness which act according to Xemnas's will, allowing him to hold them without a hilt or handle. He can summon or dismiss them at will, and uses them primarily as bludgeoning weapons. The Ethereal Blades can also be used as projectiles and can suspend themselves in midair around a target before falling in on them. As bludgeoning weapons Xemnas can use these weapons alone to great affect, with extreme skill and finesse capable of defeating almost any opponent. Xemnas, being the Nobody of Xehanort, who is made of Master Xehanort's Heart within Terra's Body and Heart, is able to wield both Master Xehanort's Keyblade and Terra's, in much the same manner that Roxas technically wields two Keyblades, the first and original one he wields is made using Ventus' Heart, while the second one is made using Sora's Heart. (His ability to wield the Keyblade has been implied by Nomura in an interview when he was talking about Xemnas's Armor state, which is obviously a Keyblade Armor. Nomura said that Xemnas may prefer not to. http://forums.khinsider.com/spoilers/147009-bbs-ultimania-plot-mysteries-nomura-interview.html I'll delete the Keyblade part if it won't be allowed.) Master Xehanort's Keyblade - ![]() Master Xehanort's Keyblade has a spiky, black guard resembling demonic wings, a horned, demonic head just above the handle, two barbed shafts, and teeth resembling a battle axe split into three almost claw-like protrusions. It resembles the Oblivion Keyblade to a degree, but with two shafts and a different head. It also contains two demonic, blue eyes; one above the handle and the other one on the head, similar to that of the Soul Eater, Way to the Dawn, and Void Gear. Its shaft and head are adorned with several twisting, silver patterns. Ends of the Earth - ![]() Being an upgraded version of the Earthshaker, the Ends of the Earth features a longer and more extravagant blade with teeth on both sides at the tip of the blade. The hand guard also elongates to form a wing-like shape of sorts. Magic: 15 Digaga - Xemnas levitates off the ground and summon 10 huge invisible blocks of energy that crash from all directions upon your enemies. Xemnas can't be hit at all until this spell is over and the invisible blocks stop smashing into your enemies. Curaga - Heals up to 3 targets completely in a flash of light. Orbaga - Darkness magic fills the area, dimming the environment. Xemnas summons five orbs of darkness energy that float around him until the end of your post, you can either use them to defend or fire them at five opponents. Copyaga - Xemnas instantly creates four clones of himself that can perform any one of his special attacks (they can't use any magic spells), but all four of them can be defeated in one hit each. Clones disappear into a puff of smoke when hit. Warpaga - Xemnas warps out of harms way instantly, Xemnas can warp a range of up to twenty feet now. Virtualga - Allows the caster to create 5 telekenetically controlled virtual weapons that will stay on the battlefield for 3 posts. Curse - Disallows the use of special techniques, limit breaks and forms for 3 posts. Shoots out a small orb of darkness that will add curse status if it hits. Blink - Allows the character to literally Blink out of reality for an instant allowing them to avoid a single attack, but it won't work so well if your caught in a combo. Mind Trick - Xemnas can create a massive illusion that changes the entire environment to whatever he wishes for the next two posts. Dark Wave - A massive wave of darkness coves the field, anything caught in it will instantly have their life force sapped for 5 posts. Kingdom Hearts Summoning - Xemnas changes the environment to night time and summons Kingdom Hearts above, driving anyone with the Lunar element into "Full Moon Mode", in which all stats are increased by an extreme degree(x3). This lasts for 3 posts. Hurricane - Creates a hurricane type tornado around a large area, anyone caught within the tornado will instantly be slashed at by thousands of sharp blasts of wind. Nuke - After a slight delay there is an insanely massive explosion that will KO most opponents if not blocked or countered with another ultimate spell. Puppet Legion - Creates a small army {10 warriors} to fight for up to 3 posts. The warriors cannot use any special techniques or magic. They can each take a low amount of damage before being killed. Vanish - You wax over in nothingness energy and become completely invisible. You can still found through the other senses besides sight though. Lasts until you are hit or you hit something with your weapon or cast a spell that's not a Nothingness spell. Summons: As the Supreme Leader of the Organization, Xemnas can summon any and all Nobodies at will. In practice, Xemnas can summon up to 13 Lesser Nobodies at a time, in any combination. Sorcerer Nobodies. Sorcerer The Sorcerers are a high-ranking Nobody favored by Xemnas. They float in the air manipulating digital cubes of Nothing to attack their enemies. They never move or change their posture while their cubes take various shapes and patterns to damage their opponents. Sniper Sniper These Nobodies teleport rapidly around the field, shooting accurate shots at opponents. Dragoon Dragoon These thin dragon like warriors utilize Jump attacks to pounce on their opponents. Berserker Spoiler: click to toggle Incredibly strong and tough, these Nobodies will fly into a berserk rage if you don't defeat them fast enough. Assassin Assassin These vaguely humanoid Nobodies spend most of their time underground, where they're invulnerable, waiting for the time to strike. Dancer Dancer These agile fights seem to dance as they weave your death to a beat only they can hear. Gambler Gambler These Nobodies can play games that will turn you into a die or a card form for 1 post if you lose. Samurai samurai These Nobodies often wait until the opportune moment to strike, fast and deadly. Will engage honorable warriors to a Duel. Creepers Creeper Creepers are the very lowest ranked Nobodies with an incredible ability to contort their bodies into various weapons. Dusks Dusk These weak Nobodies are among the lowest of the Organization. They move oddly, contorting their bodies and are hard to hit. Twilight Thorn Spoiler: click to toggle The Nobody equivalent to a Darkside, these monstrous creatures are incredibly strong. Xemnas can only summon 1 of these at a time. Dragon Controller - Xemnas summons his mighty Castle Dragon to aid him. Riding upon this mechanical monstrosity, Xemnas is almost impossible to reach. It takes a massive amount of damage to destroy this creature. Only the most agile are capable of reaching the summit where Xemnas sits. Spoiler: click to toggle Dragon's Techniques Dragon Canon - Xemnas directs the mechanical dragon to fire a massive beam of raw energy at his opponents capable of wiping out entire armies. Has to recharge over 5 posts after each use. Flight of the Valkyries - Numerous Nobody Gummi ship come flying out of the Dragon for suicidal charges against opponents Fight on My Terms - Xemnas and his dragon pull all present opponents into a pocket dimension where they must defeat the dragon to escape. In this dimension gravity has little meaning. Skyscrapers - Entire buildings are summoned and thrown at opponents. Shield - A massive shield emblazoned with the Nobody symbol is used to protect the Dragon Special Techniques: 15 Base Form Interdiction Bolts - Xemnas fires up to twelve Interdiction Bolts in a post to inflict minor damage. Abyssal Thorns - Xemnas fires clusters of wispy black thorn-like bolts made of Nothingness to inflict minor damage Guard! - Xemnas summons a square shield of Digital Cubes to defend against damage. Will reflect any and all damage. Has to recharge for three posts after each use. Unarmed Skill - Less a Technique and more an entire style on its own. Xemnas has been around for a while, and has taken the time to study numerous Martial Arts. Even without his weapons, Xemnas is capable of fighting Bare-Handed against all but the greatest of foes. Shaded Movement - Xemnas envelopes himself with an Orb of Darkness, like having one foot in a Corridor of Darkness. This grants him temporary immunity to physical attack through phasing. Xemnas can also move swiftly in this form, and can quickly and easily slip out of it to do various attacks. He can place a Curse to Nonexistence on someone by passing this orb through that person. Can only once every three posts, lasts for 5 IC seconds. Curse to Nonexistence - Xemnas ensnares an opponent in Nobody Symbol Crystals that slowly begin to drain their Health until they die. How long it takes for death depends on Tier rank. At full health; Mid-Tier will die in 5 of their posts, Demi-God in 10, God in 15, Transcendent in 20. To calculate with less than full health, estimate your health percentage, take that to your respective number, and round up to the nearest whole post (OMG BASIC MATH!!!). Be fair about this, I will call you out on BS. To break this Curse you must break Xemnas' concentration. Ultimate Spells, Limit Breaks, and Larxene's Panties can do the job. Ethereal Dance - An attack with Interdiction Blades where Xemnas unleashes a torrent of attacks, spinning and striking for what seems to be an eternity. This graceful dance of death cannot be countered, though it can be blocked or avoided. Can deal massive damage depending on how many of the 4 dozen+ hits connect. Armor Form Armored State/Keyblade Armor - Xemnas dons the Keyblade Armor of Master Xehanort, granting him the ability to use the weapons and abilities of his fellow Organization members. Despite using the other members weapons, Xemnas's greatest advantage of this form is the pure brute strength he gets, as well as the incredible all-around defense the armor itself grants. Armored State Weapons of the Organization - Xemnas equips one of the weapons of an Organization Member at a time. Xemnas can only wield one weapon per post.
Cold Lasers - Xemnas generates up to five snowflake like objects that fire incredibly powerful lasers at his opponent. Each laser deals moderate damage if it hits. (5 snowflake lasers per post) Final Form Final Form Final Form - Xemnas's Black Coat becomes white with black tendrils, similar to Sora's Final Form. At this point, Xemnas is fighting at his peak, holding nothing back. All of his stats shoot through the roof. Keyblade Techniques Having decided to use his Keys once again, Xemnas can now unleash Keyblade Techniques at the level of a Keyblade Master χ-Strike - Named after the χ-Blade, this strike is where Xemnas strikes his opponent with both his Keys in an X. Terra and Master Xehanort's Keyblades are empowered with Light and Dark Energy, respectively, to create massive chaos at the point of impact, causing massive damage if not blocked or avoided. Ars Solum - A powerful multi-hit combo attack similar to Ars Arcanum, Xemnas attacks his opponent ferociously and quickly, usually empowering his Keys with Darkness while attacking. Naught's Ascent - Xemnas moved instantaneously to his opponent's back, using a sweeping uppercut attack to launch his opponent into the air before zipping around his opponent, seeming to attack his opponent from multiple sides at once in rapid succession. Descent into the Abyss - Often using this attack as a follow up to "Naught's Ascent", Xemnas attacks his opponent in a powerful downward X-strike at high speed, causing massive damage if successful. Abilities: 15 Endless Magic - Xemnas may use up to 40 spells in one battle. Xemnas may also use Ultimate Spells 4 times in one battle. High Jump MAX - Xemnas can jump up to a mile in one jump. Aerial Dodge MAX - Xemnas is almost impossible to hit when in the air. Unbreakable Power - Xemnas naturally has super-human Strength Unlimited Speed - Xemnas naturally have super-human Speed Limit Breaker - You may use up to 4 Limit Breaks now. Once More - Lets Xemnas stay alive ONCE in a thread when trapped in a combo that normally would kill him. Second Chance - Let's you stay alive TWICE in a thread when hit with a move that normally would kill you in one hit. Master Summoner - Your summons now last the entire thread. Corridors of Darkness - Xemnas can open and use these Portals of Darkness to get anywhere in the universe instantly. Magic/Ability/Technique Mastery - Choose one category: Magic, Abilities or Special Techniques to add 5, 10 or 15 more Abilities, Spells or Techniques. ( Demi God can add 5, God can add 10, and Transcendent can add 15 ) Limit Breaks: 4 Dark Impulse - Having unleashed his Keyblades, Xemnas now has access to an old Command Style he used to use as Terra, Dark Impulse. As a Limit Break, Xemnas fills himself with the Power of Darkness. Xemnas assaults his opponent with several, massively powerful, if slow, strikes that create small explosions of pure Darkness. Xemnas then leaps away from his opponent and fires a huge ball of Darkness at his opponent that explodes on impact, capable of leveling small mountains. Rage of the Keyblade Master - Xemnas dons his true Keyblade Armor and uses his true skill as a Keybearer. Having the Skills and Memories of both Terra and Master Xehanort, Xemnas becomes truly destructive. He attacks his opponent at lightning speed over a hundred times in the blink of an eye. Each of these strikes are powerful enough to crack large mountains in half. Must be in Armored State to use Can you...Spare a Heart? - Limit Break - Xemnas binds an opponent with dark energy and slowly drains their life force. If not stopped the opponent with lose their heart to Darkness within 6 battle posts. Xemnas uses a single clone at a time to protect himself while using this technique. Only by directly breaking the chain of energy can this technique be stopped. Must be saved by an ally. note: Only ever used on Sora, who was saved by Riku disrupting the technique. Used when Xemnas is nearing death, or extremely aggravated. Must be in Final Form to use. (One use per fight on one opponent. Success of the technique will restore Xemnas' health to full. This means he can use it again if brought back down to near death) Ethereal Assault - Final Limit - Xemnas surrounds his opponent with Darkness and creates a dome of a hundred Interdiction Bolts. He then fires thousands of bolts at his opponents rapidly for a devastating final blow. note: this is Xemnas' kitchen sink mode, his final desperate move when he is an inch from death. To block and survive this attack requires incomparable agility and skill. Sora and Riku working together barely managed to survive this technique, a testament to their ability and teamwork. Must be in Final Form to use. (Each of the one thousand bolts does 1% damage if they hit. More people defending increases chance of survival. If you survive this, you auto-win, because at this point Xemnas is all out of Kitchen Sinks) Character Description: Xemnas Biography: Xemnas came into being the day Xehanort, calling himself Ansem, Seeker of Darkness, willingly gave himself to Darkness, becoming the first Human Form Heartless. While Ansem set about turning Radiant Garden into Hollow Bastion, putting Maleficent in charge of the castle and causing most of the residents to flee, Xehanort's Nobody, and the Nobodies of the Other apprentices came into being, one after another, in front of an old mansion in Twilight Town. As Xehanort stood there, memories of his former life came back to him, memories of Terra and Master Xehanort, as well as the χ-blade. His lack of a Heart however, prevented him from summoning his old Keyblade. Oh well. Realizing that without their Hearts, they weren't truly who they used to be, Xehanort decided that they would each get a new name. Using the X from the χ-blade he once sought, as well as his stolen name, Ansem, he forged a new name with which to call himself, Xemnas. He then named each of his comrades in turn, as well as gave each a number, based on the order of their arrival. Thus the Organization was born. Their first order of business was disposing of a single threat. Using their new ability to travel through Corridors of Darkness, the six of them returned to Radiant Garden, grabbing Ansem the Wise before even Ansem, Seeker of Darkness could, and threw the old man into the Realm of Nothingness, where he would fade unto nothing. With that minor detail out of the way the six men decided on a new goal. Most of them felt empty without their Hearts, they desired to be whole again. With his regained knowledge of Kingdom Hearts, Xemnas began his machinations, proposing that the goal of their group be to create and harness the power of Kingdom Hearts. Surely the Heart of all Hearts, with its vast power could give them their hearts back, though Xemnas only desired it for its power. Like when he was called Master Xehanort, Xemnas desired to gain unlimited power and reshape the Worlds as he saw fit. As the group set out to find a base of Operations, they discovered the lesser nobodies, created when someone of strong will, but less will than the Six Organization members, became a Heartless. With less will, they looked less human, with the lowest Creeper being little more than an amorphous blob, but they were all easily controlled. With Ansem spreading Darkness and consuming worlds at whim, the number and variety of lesser Nobodies grew. Xigbar grew fond of the ones that had guns, and started to train them in his style of space manipulating Warp Sniping. Xaldin also found the spear toting ones amusing and trained them similarly. Xemnas himself took the magic using ones, dubbed them Sorcerers and taught them a few tricks. They found other kinds as well that no one cared to claim, so they just followed everyone's will for the moment. Eventually the fledgling Organization found the Dark City, a World extremely close to the Realm of Darkness, shrouded in eternal night. Finding it suiting, the Organization decided to make their base of operation here, though they had to "Evict" the current residents first. It didn't take long before they were all Heartless and Nobodies. Their army of Nobodies boosted even more, they set the Lesser Nobodies to building their Castle, The Castle That Never Was. They also named the World, The World That Never Was. It was all fitting since Nobodies didn't "truly" exist since they had no Hearts. With the return of Terra and Master Xehanort's memories Xemnas gained much knowledge concerning how to construct Kingdom Hearts, as well as knowledge that a Future Keybearer lived on a faraway island. The boy would one day gain a Keyblade and slay Heartless, which would give them the Hearts they needed for Kingdom Hearts. In the meantime, while the boy grew older, The Organization needed to create plenty of Heartless for the boy to defeat. Thus Xemnas had one of the primary missions of his members be to create as many powerful Heartless as possible. Xemnas found that he had a knack for directly extracting people's Hearts, as he had done so before when he possessed Terra and when he cast out his Heartless. In the Castle Xemnas had a room construct that he called "Where Nothing Gathers". It had a number of thrones upon which his Organization would sit and discuss politics. He had them designed to raise and lower in height based on the number of missions completed and the success of those missions. Xemnas' was the tallest. During the following years the Terra part of Xemnas would occasionally return to Hollow Bastion to the Chamber of Repose to talk to Aqua's old armor and Keyblade. He knew that Xigbar sometimes followed him and listened in, but didn't care, as Xigbar already knew of his past as Terra and Master Xehanort. After a couple years Xemnas was visiting the mansion where they had come into existence when two men suddenly appeared. Xemnas realized that these two had just become Human Form Nobodies like the Organization. Taking advantage of their new feelings of emptiness, Xemnas offered them new Hearts if they joined his group. They agreed and Xemnas used his perfected naming ceremony on them. The first, Isa, watched as his name appeared before him. Then a χ appeared and joined the letters, spinning around before stopping as Saïx. Thus Xemnas' future second-in-command joined the Organization. Next was Lea, who became Axel. After taking them to the Castle, they quickly fell into their roles, with Saïx taking on more administrative duties while Axel became a powerful death-dealer. Both however claimed a type of lesser Nobody, Saïx the bulky Berserkers, and Axel the stealthy Assassins. After this Xemnas would visit the mansion daily after missions to see if more Nobodies had appeared. Doing so he found Demyx and Luxford who would claim and train the Dancers and Gamblers, respectively. While on an exploratory mission, Xigbar would bring interesting news of a World that manipulated memories and a Nobody found there. Xigbar brought the Nobody to Xemnas, who named him Marluxia, who explained about Castle Oblivion and its power. Being without Hearts, the Nobodies of the Organization felt defined by their memories. It was an odd experience that Xemnas felt worthy of study, and Castle Oblivion was a perfect place to do those studies. Xemnas had Castle Oblivion assigned as the Organization's secondary base and research center, where the Replica project was put into effect. Soon after Larxene would join the Organization. She became very familiar with Marluxia. The Organization soon noticed that Sora had awakened as the Keybearer. This amused Xemnas as he remembered Terra passing on the Keyblade to Riku, Sora's best friend. But Ansem seemed more interested in Riku anyway so Xemnas didn't really care. Sora was fighting Heartless, quite well for such a young child. From a distance Xemnas watched as Sora fought through seemingly impossible odds, going from world to world, sealing the Keyholes. One day however, Xemnas found a Nobody at the old mansion, looking blank, even for a newborn Nobody. What surprised Xemnas however was the boy's startling resemblance to Terra's old friend, Ventus. However, when Xemnas performed the Naming ceremony, the name that appeared was Sora, not Ventus, further intriguing Xemnas. The boy was named Roxas, and even more surprising for a Nobody, was that he could still wield Sora's Kingdom Key. Good, if Sora had been lost to Darkness, the Organization still needed a Keyblade to free Hearts. Xemnas noticed something unusual as he brought the boy to the Castle, memories were leaking out of his empty head. On a whim Xemnas had those memories taken and put into a replica while Roxas went through orientation. Since this Replica wasn't one of the normal experiments, it received a unique designation, No. i. Once complete, Xemnas had the puppet, who appeared strangely to Xemnas as Ventus, don the coat of the Organization and become the newest member, Xion, another Keybearer for the group. At the same time Roxas was found, Naminé was soon found in Castle Oblivion. She was a strange Nobody Curious as to why Roxas had no memories, Xemnas investigated Sora's "demise", only to find the Keybearer alive and most definitely kicking. Xemnas went to the room where Sora defeated Maleficent in Hollow Bastion, where he waited for Sora to arrive. Soon enough, the boy did. When the boy first appeared, Xemnas used a little trick, passing through the boys body, making him experience several memories in rapid succession. When Sora asked who he was, his friend, the dog asked if he was Ansem, to which he stated that he was familiar with the name, but does not clarify who he is. Then, to test Sora's strength, Xemnas fired a projectile at Sora, who barely managed to deflect it. By then Xemnas understood that Sora was like a human form Heartless, similar to Ansem, Seeker of Darkness, but with a body made out of the Light, courtesy of the power of a Princess of Heart. Xemnas vaguely stated that Sora looked like "him", but wasn't yet complete, which only confused the boy. Barely using any of his strength, Xemnas tested the boy. Sora fought valiantly, showing decent swordplay and magic use, though nothing compared to what the Keybearers of Terra's time were capable. However Xemnas noted that Sora used a couple of Ventus' moves, notably, Ars Arcanum. After feigning defeat, Xemnas left Sora with some parting words, telling him that he was, "incomplete", confusing the poor boy even more. Xemnas then returned to The Castle that never was, resuming his duties as the Leader of the Organization. It was business as usual for a time, though some of the members were plotting to overthrow Xemnas. He knew of these plots, and set in motion a plan to deal with them. He sent all of the troublesome members to Castle Oblivion, with Axel in tow with orders to eliminate them all. Sora soon arrived at the Castle, as well as Riku, though he arrived in the Basement. Xemnas would later hear that Axel had successfully eliminated all the others, only actually killing one himself. The rest were defeated by Riku and Sora thanks to Axel's manipulations. That almost the entire team was wiped out bothered no one but Roxas. At the end of the Castle Oblivion incident, when Sora was put to sleep for memory restoration by Namine, Roxas also fell into a coma for several weeks, during which all of his Heartless slaying duties fell on Xion, the only other Keyblade wielder. After Roxas awoke, he and Xion became friends and soon Axel joined their group, often handing out after work. Xemnas didn't mind as long as they completed their work. Soon though Xion started to become troublesome after she is defeated by Riku. She starts to investigate her origins, soon learning she is a Replica of Sora, to be used as Sora's replacement should he be useless to the Organization. Upset, she soon leaves the Organization to become a true person. Axel and Xigbar attempt to retrieve Xion though Xigbar is easily defeated by Xion's growing strength. Later however, Axel successfully captures Xion, though it greatly tires him. Xemnas then reprograms Xion to absorb Roxas, and become the "real" Sora, stopping him from ever waking up. Roxas eventually defeats all of Xion's forms, causing her to die in his arms. This event gives him his duel-wield ability, as well as convinces him to take down the organization. However, Roxas is beaten by Riku before he gets to the Castle, and taken to be returned to Sora. Xemnas later orders Axel retrieve Roxas, or destroy him. He fails at both and Sora is restored, which is fine though, because the boy soon starts a new journey, defeating more Heartless in his search for Riku and King Mickey. Later, Xemnas and Sora meet again at Hollow Bastion, the same world he was first encountered, albeit restored, accompanied by Demyx, Xaldin, Xigbar, Luxford, and Saïx (although all of their faces are hidden by their hoods, and do not directly face Sora), although Sora doesn't recognize him or his cloak from their first encounter. They taunt and mock him, only furthering Sora's desire to defeat them. Xemnas makes an empty joke about how he thought they could have been friends, and then leaves. From there on in, Xemnas remained at his castle while his group's members traveled to make sure Sora stayed on track, while increasing the number of Heartless for him to fight. Xemnas is not seen again until the Heartless invasion, arriving to the Computer room to access the Chamber of Repose before appearing to look down upon the Heartless army that had temporarily halted in the Great Maw. King Mickey, upon seeing his face, immediately remembers just who's Nobody Xemnas is: Xehanort, the apprentice of Ansem the Wise. Xemnas then runs off, but King Mickey gives chase and engages Xemnas in combat, though Sora, Donald, and Goofy are impeded from following by the Heartless. After an exhausting battle, the three make their way to the cliff overlooking Villain's Vale; finally catching up with the King. King Mickey addresses him by his original name, and Xemnas merely remarks that it has been ages since he had abandoned that name. Sora demands to know where Riku and Kairi are. Xemnas claims to know nothing of any "Kairi", and as for Riku, Xemnas tells Sora to ask his King. Then, he vanishes into a corridor of darkness, but not before King Mickey follows him in. Xemnas easily evades the King's attempt to chase him. Xemnas again appears in The World That Never Was, standing upon the highest tower of the Nobody castle, asking Kingdom Hearts to share its power with all Nobodies. Saïx then appears, asking whether Kingdom Hearts is complete. Xemnas says it will be soon, and allows Saïx to end their game and finish off Sora and his companions. After all Organization members save for himself had been eliminated, Xemnas comes to greet Ansem the Wise, who had been attempting to digitally seal Kingdom Hearts away. The former pupil mocks his teacher, stating that he is the source of all Heartless, for inspiring him to go where Ansem himself did not dare to venture. Though Ansem admits that his foolishness was the source of much misery, he questions Xemnas on how this was what he had been seeking. Xemnas says it is that and more, and reveals his plans to create a brand new world, one heart at a time. He admits he thought that Ansem would praise him, but instead only held him back, consumed by the jealousy he had for his student. But he understands that Ansem was not able to control his heart. Ansem scoffs at this, stating that they both claim to understand the heart, but actually know as little about it as they had in the very beginning. He declares passionately that Xemnas will fail and so will his world, and tells Riku and Sora to finish what he had started. After bidding farewell to the King and apologizing to Roxas, Ansem's Kingdom Hearts Encoder explodes, and Xemnas retreats just as the bright light envelops the area. The explosion also caused severe damage to Kingdom Hearts, causing countless hearts to rain down upon the world, which would transform into Heartless upon touching the darkness that coated the world. Sora and the others then travel up to the very top of the tower, where Xemnas lamented over the damage done to Kingdom Hearts. He asks the three Keyblade wielders to fetch him more hearts, and when they refuse, he asks why they hate the darkness. King Mickey responds that they don't hate the darkness, but just that it's "scary". But he knows that the world is made of both light and darkness, and then wonders why they really are afraid of the darkness. Riku adds that it is because of who or what's lurking inside that darkness. Xemnas then asks another question: If they accept the darkness, yet choose to live in light, why do they loathe those who are nothing, having been turned away from both the darkness and the light? Riku answers that it's because they endangered the worlds, and Xemnas tries to justify it with the fact that they had no choice. However, Sora does not believe this, stating that they don't even exist and feel no remorse about anything. Xemnas chuckles, stating that it is very true, and proceeds to face Sora one on one in an arena of nothingness, with Memory's Skyscraper towering above them. Xemnas appears defeated, returning Sora to The Castle That Never Was, but Xemnas is still alive and well, basking inside Kingdom Hearts, urging it to join forces with him to gain the power needed to destroy their common enemies. Sora and the others try to stop him, but it is too late, and Xemnas is absorbed into Kingdom Hearts. Fortunately, the worlds created a door for Sora and the others to enter, for they wanted them to be the guardians of their destiny. They then follow Xemnas into Kingdom Hearts, but they see that Xemnas has taken its power and transformed the realm into a place resembling the World That Never Was with a giant fortress in the middle. He says that their hearts have led them to their deaths, seeing that it may not be worth following one's heart, and takes note of it, before hurling a building at them. This causes Kairi and Mickey to be separated from the others, but even so, Sora, Donald, Goofy and Riku. defeat Xemnas in his knight-like form. After they defeat him, they are somehow transported back to the tower with King Mickey and Kairi. Xemnas thinks that he needs more hearts and more rage, but Sora tells him that hearts are more than just anger or hate, and asks if he remembers, which he doesn't, before seemingly fading back into the darkness. With the help of Naminé, Kairi, Donald, Goofy, and the King get safely to Destiny Islands, but before Sora and Riku can follow, Xemnas attacks once more; having merged with a gigantic mechanical dragon. After another difficult battle, Xemnas takes Sora and Riku to a realm of nothingness, with Xemnas wearing a robe representing both light and darkness. He says that if both light and darkness are eternal, then so too must be nothingness. Riku and Sora say this is true, but that does not mean Xemnas is eternal. They then share a very tense battle, with Xemnas wounding both Sora and Riku with various attacks. During a point in the battle where Xemnas tries to suck Sora's Heart out, and Riku has to save him. Riku is badly injured during the fight, so Sora batters Xemnas into submission with his and Riku's Keyblades. Sora and Riku then finish him off. Xemnas fades into darkness, making him the last Organization member to fall. And yet, Xemnas is back, resurrected by the power of Kingdom Hearts for some reason, along with the rest of his Organization. This time however, there will be no disagreements, no lies or deceptions, no betrayals. We are all in agreement. It is time to wage war against the Heartless. Personality: Being the founder of Organization XIII and apparently the oldest of Nobodies, Xemnas is truly emotionless and does not even remember what it was like to have these feelings. He claims that this allows him to have a clear understanding of the heart, but in reality this has warped his mind into believing that only anger, hatred, and other negative emotions make up a heart. His lack of emotion deprives him of remorse over his actions. The only thing he truly cares about is Kingdom Hearts and his desire for power. However, on some occasions, he has appeared to value friendship, as he is shown to converse with the armor of Aqua in the Chamber of Repose, although this is likely due to the influence of Terra within him. In other matters Xemnas speaks with calmness and deep authority. He has a tendency to be overly melodramatic making long-winded speeches, exaggerating his false rage and sorrow with wide sweeping arm movements and hand gestures, like many villains. While ridiculous in nature, his exaggerations are representations of his lack of emotion. He's very intelligent overall, and knows how to manipulate others. With his recent revival thanks to Kingdom Hearts, more elements of both Master Xehanort and Terra have arisen in his personality. In particular, Xemnas has come to remember more Keyblade Lore from both of them, allowing him to use their Keyblades. Despite his continued lust for power and domination thanks to the Master Xehanort within him, Xemnas has started to develop a softer side. With a surge of Terra's memories, Xemnas has come to place more value in friendship, treating his Organization members with more respect, though he still generally thinks of them as disposable. Only with Roxas has Xemnas truly begun to respect and value. This has most to do with Terra's memories of Ventus, whom Roxas strongly resembles. RP Sample: A Corridor of Darkness sprung into existence in the computer room of Radiant Garden. Out of it stepped a tall, tan man with wild silver hair and glowing yellow eyes. His Black Coat hung comfortably on him as he walked over to the terminal. His deft fingers flew across the keyboard, activating several, secret commands that only he knew. Eventually a prompt for a password appeared. Xemnas grinned. It would be the last time he set foot in that room. So, he spoke aloud the passwords as he typed them in. "Another, Xehanort, Braig, Dalin, Even, Aeleus, Ienzo." The secret entrance to the Chamber of Repose opened. Xemnas took his time in walking into that room, in which he had sat and spoken to his "friend" so much, in order to bring back more and more memories, both those of Master Xehanort, and Terra. Xemnas was well aware of how his current personality was something of an anagram of both Xehanort and Terra. He knew that this had affected him in many ways throughout his existence as a Nobody. Xemnas finally stepped into that room, his golden eyes falling on the emptiness. "So it's true, she's back as well...I wonder, is my other friend back as well?" Xemnas stood there for a minute, quietly contemplating many things. Many thoughts ran their course, each coming to their inevitable conclusion, their resolutions. Xemnas's new path became clear. All his decisions have now been made. It was time. Xemnas summoned a Corridor of Darkness, and stepped through. ****************************************************************************** Xemnas appeared on his throne in the room Where Nothing Gathers, where all of the Organization sat waiting, their hoods up. After a while of listening to the banter and jokes passing between the members, Xemnas lowered his hood, bringing silence to the room as he spoke. "So we are in agreement then.....the Nobodies will bring war to the Heartless....once we have gathered enough hearts...we will destroy Kingdom Hearts itself and spare the universe the torments that the heart can bring." Everyone nodded in agreement as Xemnas turned to Roxas and Saix and gave them orders. "Number XIII and Number VII...I have a mission for you both...the mission is to inform King Mickey of our plans of war against the Heartless and inform him that we mean him no harm, but tell him to keep the other Keyblade masters out of our way or else we will also declare war on the Disney Kingdom." They swiftly departed into their portals as Xemnas turned to the remaining members and said, "The rest of you, go back to your rooms. We will return here regarding the news of Number XIII and Number VII." Xemnas quickly departed himself, though he didn't head for his room. He had another errand to attend to... |
