The rumour mills were going at full swing again last night as it appeared that Forest have once again become favouriyes to sign Jermaine Jenas on an inintial four week loan, with a view to a longer term move in prospect.

The move, which nearly happened in the summer, but fell though fpr a number of reasons could happen in time for JJ to play against the sheep on Sunday.

JJ, out of favour at Tottenham, is believed to be keen on the deal, but a number of other clubs are out to hi-jack the deal including Colin at Dirty Leeds and MON at Sunderland.

Jenas was amongst the the cream of his generation coming through the ranks of Paul Hart's Forest acdamy before his £5m move to Newcastle, which at the time was said to saved the club from administration following David Platt's termultuous tenure.

To be honest i can't really see why we need him(who would have thought i would be saying that) SOD is struggling trying to find his best midfield now, and four weeks ain't long,( who do we leave out ?) to my way of thinking he would just be a disruption unless of course we had him on a season long loan from the start then that would be a different matter, but four weeks! no thanks *6*

Just a rumour and no more, it would seem.

S'OD has spoken to Chippers saying he is aware of the JJ situation, but hasn't contacted Spuds about the lad.

But.......................
