Simon Cox, the Forest striker injured during the club's 2-1 win in Wolverhampton last month believes he may be back in the side before the Christmas holidays.

The Republic of Ireland international detatched a ligament in the rare Molineux victory and was expected to be unavailable for two months, but after spending a week or so in the sun, Cox's injury has healed much faster than expexted and he is targeting the busy holiday period to make his return.

If true that's good news for Cox, and good news for Nottingham Forest.
