If you are on staff at another website and would like to become a partner with us, take note of the following ways you can. If you have any ideas of your own, do not be afraid to PM an admin. Either way, PM an admin if you want to take part in either of these. Direct Portal: This is the most basic partnership we have. Just post an advertisement and link for your rpg site in this forum. Then, we'll post one in your forum. Just make sure your forum is guest friendly and open to advertising. This encourages free movement between the two. Keep in mind: -All links and advertisements must adhere to site rules. -This area is for links to other roleplay games. -Your ad may be deleted if we cannot advertise on your site -Only 1 ad per site -No half-finished sites -Bumping is allowed when your site has a major update or event, but no more than once a week. Build a Local Arena: This is for you if you already have an rpg setting and want it to become more involved with The Arena. Essentially, you integrate our Arena battle system with your game to allow an alternate way for players to compete against each other. We provide the staff, the judges and maintain the Arena. Your players get the benefit of another fun way to play. Additionally, this gives many opportunities for players and members to travel between our world and yours, and to and from those beyond. This is how it works: -An announcement will be made at the top of The Arena site to notify members whenever a new Local Arena has been built elsewhere. That's right, we'll make sure everybody here hears about you. -A member of your choice from your site will make an account on our site and will be appointed to Ambassador status. This will put them as the go-to person for questions relating to your rp's universe. They will also be in charge of keeping us in touch with the happenings of your world. -You integrate our Arena system with your site by creating a separate section on your site for your Local Arena. Some of our staff will become members on your site. Please allow them moderator abilities over the Local Arena so that they can maintain it. -Competitors register their fighters as usual, but at your Local Arena. Please make them guest-readable. -Matches also take place at your Local Arena. Once a match is completed, it will be linked to a judging thread on The Arena site for... well, judging. The thread will also have a link back to the match on your site so that our members may view the match. Your members will also be invited to take part in judging if they wish by making an account on our site. Once a winner is decided, the competitors will be informed and the match may be concluded. -You may tie wins and losses to in-game bonuses or have them be completely independent from your game. The choice is yours. You can even tweak the system to give it a local flavor. Work with your Local Arena staff to make it right for you! Edited by Gaspar, Feb 19 2011, 06:43 PM.
