The Justice system in my experience is nothing but a joke, supported by all the bleeding heart groups and do gooders, criminlas have more rights than the victims. Child sex offenders, rapists are protected the minute they are caught. I am a great believer in the detah penalty for such crimes. Another thing that winds me up is racism... it only exists when it is a crime against a black indiviodual and asian gang beating a white boy to a pulp is a GBH offence, when it is a white gang beating an asian it is a racist attack. So many times have I had to go back to courts to justify my actions while serving in the Military.. damn those human right groups. |

forgive my ignorance, but I've seen the abbreviation "GBH" before, and I still have no clue what it means. I thought you were talking about TGWH for a sec........ And I wholely agree that the criminals have way too much in their favor when it comes to the justice system. "your honor, my client the defendant agrees that he did bash that woman over the head with a brick, but its because of his childhood....." feh. there is no doubt that our upbringing influences our later development, but too many people are still ruled by the 'law of the jungle' in my opinion. |

GBH, Grevious Bodily Harm, it used to apply to an attack when the victim had been kicked or hit with a weapon, that does not include guns.. lol |

Well said. The system only works for the criminals and not the victims, a few years ago my brother and his friends had gone for a night out, when they left the club where they had been, a fight was started by somebody, my brother was just standing looking on, when an asian youth punched him, so my brother defended himself, someone called the police and he got arrested and charged, it went to court and he got a £250 fine and 200 hours community service, but the guy who punched him first got let of with a caution, even though there were witness's to say my brother was only defending himself. what made it worse there wasn't a scratch on the guy who hit my brother, but my brother had bust nose and a split lip. my brother was the victim, but he was the one that got the punishment, i don't see how that can be right. |

In my opinion, they go WAY too easy on hard core criminals. I'm starting to think that even the court system is crooked.(Well obviously) |
