Mermaids; Myth or Real

The only mermaid I like is Ariel lol, all other mermiads stories sound rather scary and gross.

The name Ariel is actually an angel's name a fallen angel ruling over the netherregions. Why those chose that name I don't know, but I was gonna call my daughter (when I have one) Ariel. It means 'lion of God'. I've heard from two psychics I'm gonna have a son first ( one said he'd be 'strong' whatever that means) and twin girls next (I was born an identical triplet but the other two died at birth, one having only one kidney while I have 3, my mother was also a fraternal twin boy/girl who also died at birth, so it wouldn't shock me if I DID have twins) which that same psychic reckons will end up being opposites. I figreed either Ariel and Ashriel or Ashley after myself and Emile. No idea for a boy's name though LOL.
Does a fallen angel deserve a second chance? You decide
