Personally, I think it's scientifically impossible... My actual theory is that the guys who wrote the bible, the guys who claimed it to be dictated from god? they were actually on some crazy substance when they wrote it |

I think it's a mixture of Chinese whispers and stories taken from ancient mythology myself.. if you look at how easily rumours and stories are spread around these days, I think the same thing has happened here. |

I say no because Im not even certain Jesus existed in the first place. Walking on water is nonsense. |

The Christian side of me says yes, it's in the book of Matthew. |

Rare conditions could have conspired to create hard-to-see ice on the Sea of Galilee that a person could have walked on back when Jesus is said to have walked on water, a scientist reported Tuesday. The study, which examines a combination of favorable water and environmental conditions, proposes that Jesus could have walked on an isolated patch of floating ice on what is now known as Lake Kinneret in northern Israel. Looking at temperature records of the Mediterranean Sea surface and using analytical ice and statistical models, scientists considered a small section of the cold freshwater surface of the lake. The area studied, about 10,000 square feet (930 square meters), was near salty springs that empty into it. You be the judge! Natural/miracle... ~Tom |

Dont forget that there are millions of muslims that pray each day to a meteorite. The book that this story is in (Matthew as stated earlier) was written just over 70 years after the death of Jesus...so surely by that time whatever was written was already an unverifiable story. |
