No. I don't believe the reptilian theory at all, but just because you haven't seen something with your eyes doesn't mean it's wrong. After all, have you ever seen angels or God? I mean you believe in those right? |

Reptilians...sheesh. Somewhere, sometime someONE has to use their common sense...reptilians. As for the NWO...I have to ride the fence on this one. Is it more than possible? Oh, yes. But it would be a GIGANTIC undertaking...and think of all of the factions who would stand in the way. |

I think that there is always more than one group secretly plotting to take over the world, or at least as much of it as they can. Sort of a never ending thingy. Some get a little farther than others. :o |

I don't believe in the reptilian thing either. I was just trying to point out that what seems ridiculous to some, may seem logical to others. I think there is as much proof for God etc, as reptilians. |

So for the people that believe in, or at least admit possibility of the NWO, who do you think is behind it? Reptilians? Bankers? Zionists? I'm not sure myself. But with the recent invasions of countries and inevitable invasions of others, the Euro Union and talk of the North American Union, and more things.. it certainly does seem to me that some of the theories could indeed be correct. |

Yeah, Im sorry if I made it sound like that post was aimed at you, SAQ. I worded it a bit wrong. I was mainly talking about UM and the very idea of reptilians...someone HAS to say "Wait, this is nuts". If there IS an NWO, it is most likely lots of different people, like Larry said. I think it wuld be any and all of the people you mentioned (except reptilians...heh). The new "Lets become Unions" craze is a bit disconcerting, though. Everytime countries/people bamd together to make these little Unions it trends more toward "bad" than "good"...from the Greek League originally formed to beat the Persians to the USSR. I don't like it. |

I think The USA, Japan and the UK would all have to be banned together to make a NWO work....If they can't do it as one no one is going to....Oil is the major player in this i think...If one group controled it all then maybe a NWO would work...But with out that, No i don't think it's a real thing..... |

Personally I think that there are most probably quite a few people and groups attempting to gain power. But I don't think that something as organised as the NWO or the Illuminati iw likely. Certainly there are people from religous to Fascist to Leftist who would love to force their beliefs on the world but I don't think that there is any league of nations or the like trying to control the entire world. Quite simply I don't think such an empire could work, the combination of such diverse cultures under one rule would be quite difficult to control IMO |

I will tell you all what I am concerned about regarding the Middle East. I am concerned about Iran, and not about their supposed development of nuclear weapons. That would be, of course, a disaster for the rest of the world, but there is a far nearer disaster in the works regarding Iran. Of all the oil we in the US use, 20% to 25% of it passes through the Persian Gulf, mostly from Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia's military couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag! If the movement of tankers in the Persian Gulf was interrupted, even for a relatively short period of time, a few months, we in the US would be in a world of hurt! We saw, right after Katrina, what a mere 5% reduction in fuel in the US caused. I also saw, in the late 1970s what a mere threat to a reduction in oil from the Persian Gulf caused. There wasn't even a disruption then, but the lines a gas stations were long, and people were angry. When citizens get angry enough, government reacts, sometimes no in a wise way either. Of late, Iran has been buying billions of dollars of conventional military equipment from the Russians. There has been very little coverage of this in the news,, because every one's eyes have been focused on the possible nuclear threat Iran poses. This military equipment includes military aircraft, sophisticated sea mines, and Kilo class small submarines. Just what would be needed to close down the Persian Gulf. We, by the way, don't have submarines small enough to operate effectively in the Persian Gulf. The chumminess between Hugo Chavez of Venezuela and Ahmadinejad of Iran doesn't bode well for the US either. What do the ruler of a country in the process of turning communistic and the president of a theocracy have in common? We get a fair amount of oil from Venezuela, and Ahmadinejad would like to do us harm. Couple a serious disruption in the flow of oil in the Persian Gulf, and a sudden stop to oil coming from Venezuela, and it is very bad news for the US. When might this scenario take place? My money is on the first year of the new presidential administration . . . in calendar year 2009. Whoever gets elected president things will be screwed up in D.C., as they always are when there is a new administration. If a Democrat gets elected, it will be screwed up even more, and the old Republican staff goes, and the new Democratic appointees and staff takes over. If the flow of oil from the Persian Gulf and from Venezuela stopped short at the same time, the US economy would fail completely in short order. And if the US economy fails, that is, we Americans can't afford to buy imports from foreign countries, or give aid to foreign countries, the economies of the rest of the western countries would also fail. This could easily herald in a new period of Dark Ages. Needless to say, this would make Ahmadinejad ecstatic. Remember, when it happens, you read it here first!
