Step 1:
Make a quick background, my current canvas size is 390x130

^there's mine

Step 2:
Go to Image -> Canvas Size, i changed mine to Width:450, Height: 150, x=30, y=20

Open up your render, Edit -> Copy Visable
Go back to your background, Edit -> Paste

Position your render to where you want it on your background using the 'Move Tool'

Step3:
Duplicate the layer with before your render, and move it up to above the render, get out one of your brushes with black, or white and brush then motion blur, whatever settings look best, just to blend in your render alittle.

Step 4:
You're almost done, add your text and voila!

REMEMBER!!!

When saving your sig, make sure you save it in .png format, and the only settings you have ticked are
Save Resolution
Save Creation Time
Save Comment
Save Colour Values(or something simmilar)
Make sure no other boxes are ticked, otherwise you may end up with your pop-out sig not being a pop-out sig at all!!!

Good tutorial, Imago. You've come in leaps and bounds with your graphic work!
