Hunting the American Werewolf by Linda Godfrey

The Mysterious Valley and Enter The Valley by Christopher O'Brien are excellent reads, but I'm biased since he's local and the books are about UFO and paranormal occurences in the San Luis Valley and southern Colorado.

The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane is indeed a most excellent book, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. And it, for me at least, even put forth things to ponder on

Oh Larry I had so much fun reading that book!!!

It certainly DOES make you stop and think. I love that when a book can effect me that way.

Now, I need something else to read... any suggestions?

I highly recommend Ghost Hunters by Deborah Blum.

An excellent account of the search for evidence of life after death and paranormal ability by well known and serious hard-nosed scientists of much renown and great accomplishment in the UK mostly in the latter half of the 19th Century. Their mission was not to debunk, but search for answers.

I won't say any more, except that the final conclusion they came up with was most interesting. A fascinating book to read, and one which will make you think more than a bit.

For books on UFOs, all the books written on this subject by Jacques Vallee are great and most interesting reads.
