Welcome, new arrivals! It's good to see you here. Please make yourselves at home and post a short topic here if you wish, so that we can all greet you and get to know one another.

This is where heroes and villains are made, and legends are born. Come into this expansive section of the library and find a record of your choice, or maybe even add your own entry.

A majority of our library contains information pertaining to all sorts of things. From creatures of the land to the gods that try to manipulate or protect, most of the important information can be found here.

Upon this island stands the Imperial City. Outside the walls the land is green and hilly, with development occuring only within the city itself. It is surrounded by Lake Rumare and the Upper Nibben, and there are numerous caves dotted about the wild area.

A coastal city on the western edge of Cyrodiil, Anvil is one of only two port towns. An extremely active trade industry - legal and otherwise - has kept the city afloat financially. A fishing village, it caters greatly to Nords but rarely to Argonians or Khajiit. It is ruled by Countess Millona Umbranox.

Bravil is found in the south of Cyrodiil and one of the less desirable cities. With unclean streets, shabby houses and a high rate of crime due to the skooma den located there, few would voluntarily live in Bravil if they had a choice. Bridges connect a city split in two by a river. This city is led by Count Regulus Terentius.

The most northern of all cities in Cyrodiil, Bruma is found in the Jerall Mountains, bordering Skyrim. Covered in snow all year round due to the high altitude, Bruma shows Nord influence in its architecture, and the people here are considered quite tough with no real class diversity. Countess Narina Carvain leds the people of Bruma.

Located in the north-east of Cyrodiil, Cheydinhal is heavily influenced by the Dark Elves because of its proximity to Morrowind. Two lakes and a river can be found close-by and, being at the foot of mountains, Cheydinhal often seems raiders in the form of goblins. It is ruled by Count Andel Indarys.

Chorrol is to be found in the north-west of Cyrodiil, at the base of the Colovian Highlands. A well-maintained town with a high standard of living, folk in Chorrol tend to be hardy, which could be why the Fighters Guild has its main guild base there. This city is governed by Countess Arriana Valga.

Located between Anvil and Skingrad, Kvatch was once an impressive city and the only location in Cyrodiil to have an arena with the exception of the Imperial City. It was destroyed by daedra during the Oblivion Crisis and is now in the midst of being rebuilt. Who will govern this city is a matter of much debate among the Elder Council.

The most southern of all Cyrodiil's cities, Leyawiin is a very miserable place with regards to the weather: all rain and fog. Because of its proximity to both Elsweyr and the Black Marsh it has numerous Khajiit and Argonians present within the walls. Count Marius Caro and Countess Alessia Caro are the rulers of this city.

A large city southwest of the Imperial City, Skingrad is a city of wealth and power. Divided in two by a large trench, it is home to many of Cyrodiil's most powerful and influential citizens with an unusually high concentration of vampires in and around the city. This accounts for the garlic, superstitions and vampire hunters. Count Janus Hassildor, himself a vampire, rules Skingrad.

This covers all the lands outside the main cities of Cyrodiil. Whether it is caves, Ayleid ruins, rivers, small settlements. It is all to be found here, in the vast expanse of land that many call home. Beware, for this land is as treacherous as it is amazing.

Here you can discuss anything you want. From things occuring in real life, to programs on television and so forth. It is all up for discussion here.

There are some of you out there with a fantastic ability: graphics. You make signatures, banners, avatars and all manner of assorted goodies for us to feast our eyes on.
