Plagiarizing Rwanda's flag since 2004

I heard about this yesterday and thought it was pretty interesting. I never knew they had this capacity back then. Since this is a WWI tech region for RP purposes, I thought everyone might be interested.

Color photography was invented in 1903, but it was a difficult process and didn't spread quickly. In WWI, it was mainly the French only who were taking any color photos at all. The French culture ministry has made hundreds of these photos available online:

It really changes your perception of the past to see it how it really looked. Obviously the past was in color as much as the present is, but mental images of the time tend to be in black and white because that's all anyone ever sees of it.

Some good ones:
I want my military to start making some of these.
A destroyed house on its last legs.
Camouflaged air hangars
I have no idea what they're aiming at.
Army briefing in the field
Lafayette's Tomb
And something for the Aussies
Apparently they only had one style of nurse uniform...
Supply truck
A good assortment from south Tunisia
Someone really wanted to take out this train car
A little girl with a doll, next to some infantry equipment
