Wow, I Have the answer your looking for, as I once had a credit card on my Xbox as well, however i cancelled it and xbox suspended my account for the same reason, all I did was call in and explain that the card was cancelled, i Mean i had a 1 year card in my possession and it wouldn't let me input it. but if you call and complain, explain your situation, they should be fine, I mean, I've been an xboxer for so long, that they had no problem to lift the suspension as I had done nothing wrong. they use that 'valued customer' line when their wrong so.. oh they also added on an extra month ontop of the extra month i would be receiving. tl;dr - Call 1800-4MY-XBOX and complain. it should work. |
