They're gunna announce it at PAX.

Truth be told I didn't think this was happening 'cause in 2008 VF5R was released in JAP arcades only and we all thought it was coming to consoles.....which it didnt. There were petitions..... MASS spamming of SEGAs facebook....but nothing. Then in early 2010 VF5FS was released again in JAP arcades only and we waited.....and waited.....and basically everyone gave up.

Why the FUCK they have decided to release this now I have no fucking clue cause SEGAs marketing department is most definitely run by 'special' people, but hey, I'm pretty goddamn happy that it's happening! :D

VF5FS will have 2 new characters (introduced in VF5R) Jean, a Karate guy. And Take, a sumo wrestler from VF3. It has a simplified throw system where you can only enter one throw escape but there will be less directions to choose from. It also has new moves and pretty much everything has been reanimated. It seems a pretty different game from VF5 but the current version that's in arcades is version A so the version that comes to consoles will be B or more probably C, meaning it's hard to say what the game will finally be like.

Virtua Fighter - the fighting game of motherfucking fighting games, is back.
