So you want to post pictures on the forum. Here are some options for doing that. I will go through a few for you with screen pictures to help you get the idea. A really good way to post pictures on any forum is to have pictures that are on your computer or phone uploaded to a photo hosting site like Photo Bucket Follow the instructions on the site. When you get to the point where you are going to upload pictures from your computer you have got to either drag and drop into box provided or click on choose photo's and videos. ![]() Once you have uploaded your picture or pictures you will be inputing into an album. You can sort your photos on photobucket and any other hosting site for organization purposes. To view pictures and albums in Photo Bucket go to your library there. ![]() Click on a downloaded picture and Photo Bucket will provide you with ready made codes to use. Even video sites like u-tube will supply you with all sorts of codes for sharing and hosting. The most common problem I see with posting pictures is picking the wrong code. You do not want the "image" code, you want the direct link code. Also, sometimes photobucket users accidentally take a thumbnail code which is fine for avatars and a great way to make an instant avatar but not what you want when posting pictures. So now you have clicked on the direct image circled in green and red above. It will flash yellow and say "copied" and be saved as if you clicked and dragged the whole code to save. Go back to Ontariotrophybucks. I am assuming you would have two windows open. Right click and paste code into your post. You should see someting like the following. http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f158/renegade/12946590266_o_zp4fffe.jpg All you need to do now is add the img tags by typing them in but there is an even easier way. ![]() Or you can put the cursor in the area of the post you want picture to end up and click on the Image button above your post in between Email and Flash buttons. It will ask for the img code (direct link) to picture which is saved in computer memory and all you have to do is right click and paste in box then click OK. Here is what the code would like on above photobucket link:

Hey Rene, Thanks for the info...I have always copied the IMG code from photobucket to post photos here and have never had a problem. Is the Direct code now have to be used with the new OTB layout?

The code for this forum is the same as the old forum. Just a few different ways of doing it. Some hosting sites and different photobucket platforms may provide the direct link with img tags added and that would work peachy as well. In my case I have to take the direct link. |

Thanks for sharing this info because I have pics of a truly nice 8 pointer that I've been after since 2012. I have pics of him but he's been coming around at night no matter what I try or do! I call him Big Boy....enjoy! Big Boy Please in your're opinion, tell me what this buck would score? Edited by pzannella, Nov 18 2014, 08:14 AM.
