ICE - This has probably been discussed before, but !!!

Yes ICE, not the hard water type !!! Everyone seems to be carrying a Cell Phone these days, young and old. During an emergency, someone from the emergency response unit could or usually checks to see if the injured individual has a cell phone. If they do, the EMT members or Police will try to contact the injured individuals’ next of kin if they can. To make things easier for the EMT, as cell phone holders, we can make this easier by having ICE (In Case of Emergency) set up in our phone contacts. Doing this will allow the EMT / Police to quickly contact next of kin or first priority contacts. It’s easy to do:

ICE (1) Wife/Husband (Location) XXX-XXX-XXXX
ICE (2) Wife/Husband (Work Location) XXX-XXX-XXXX
ICE (3) Brother/Sister (Location) XXX-XXX-XXXX

And so on for however many numbers you can put up, this has probably been mentioned before but a lot of people ignore it and regret it when delayed time is spent trying to get hold of next of kin. For the sake of ourselves, our elders and our young ones, think about it.
