Well this was too good not to share with you all. Seems there is an idea out there that is a realistic alternative to a spring bear hunt. I entertained a discission on the idea to neuter bears to help control the ever growing population.LOL The anti's and I worked trrough the numbers and to do the estimated over population (3x) it would only cost a meer...... $17.8 million dollars. Then i asked who was paying? They asked how much money it cost to have the hunt? I informed them that the hunt didnt cost the tax payers, that the hunters paid TO hunt. Discussion ended. LOL I didnt get a chance to ask how we will only trap male bears. Didn'tget how that was going to work. Edited by bigr, Mar 1 2014, 10:33 PM.
