We currently have a liberal in my riding Bill Mauro and he has been doing an excellent job. He has supported spring bear hunt, scrapping long gun registry and has helped save jobs and promote industry in the Atikokan area. He has also helped get some much needed infrastructure money for the region. One of the few bright spots on the political scene in my opinion. Yes the liberals have some gaffs and scandals but that does not outweigh the positives they bring, especially for my riding.
Mauro just got appointed as new Minister of Natural Resources. As you mentioned Rene, this may turn out to be an even bigger bright spot in the Liberal's majority government.

That's awesome. A stronger voice for our concerns here in NW Ontario, especially on the resources front.

Good news for the north.
