Found this this morning. What are your thoughts. We don't know what did it. But it appears it was chasing cats and damaged the car and this door trying to get to them. It left 5 cats dead. But not eaten.?

Here is the print... not a very clear picture....the damage to the car is posted below

I was thinking neighbours dog but upon seeing the pics I'd have to say a bear, almost looks like teeth marks in the fender of the car

Where are you located. It looks like bear. The car photo leads me to believe that as I've seen bears do this to various stuff. Maybe a young bear messing around.
I don't always chase tail, but when I do; its whitetail. Stay camo my friends.

I am in SW ontario WMU 92. Just had a retired MNR out to take a look
He confirmed it was a large dog but admitted he had never seen damage to a vehicle like that by a dog. The dog really had a hate on for cats. I was thinking coyote but our local OPP thought it was a cougar. :yikes:

WOW. That's one crazy dog. I know if I were you I'd be trying to find out whose dog that's responsible for it.

If someone told you a dog did that, I'd question their thinking. I can't imagine any dog doing that. At least not one that I've ever seen

Lion tracks don't have claw prints, they retract their claws, cats you know.

I'd guess bear and a big mad one at that. WOW!

Bear. Can,t see a dog doing this. The marks and dent are on the crown line on the fender which is the toughest part to dent.
