Just joined the forum and figured I'd let everyone here know about my new hunting website. It's a completely free website dedicated to help hunters access hunting WMUs, information and regulations. You can search by animal or by hunting spot and the website will let you know what's in season automatically. Check it out and let me know what you think. As of right now I have Ontario & BC and I'm already working on Alberta.

Happy Hunting!

P.S. I'm not sure if this breaks the forum rules and if it does my apologies and I'll take it down immediately.

I saw this the other day on Google, great website. Thanks for compiling all of this information. Makes it a lot easier to read unlike the ministry website where there are so many grey areas!

Cool concept, the MNR should have a site like that. You should also do a site for fishing... you need to be a Philadelphia lawyer to understand all the regs.

I did a quick check for Unit 10 in Ontario and have a couple of comments:
The season stated is for residents only, you should indicate the non-resident season as well. Archery seasons should be identified as well
It also indicates that the licence is available through a provincial draw, which isn't true. Buck tags are available over the counter, but antlerless tags are through the draw.
It would be helpful if you had information about the draw e.g. application deadlines.
You should also provide information as to the availability of additional deer seals including details e.g. number of seals available and individual quota.
It would also be helpful if you could flag any unusual regulations that apply for the unit. In WMU 10, you can't possess a loaded firearm on a road.
I also noted that you have weasels listed. I didn't think you can hunt them without a trapper's licence.
