Well after packing out the meat, hanging the meat and then eating the first roast tonight the family is happy. There is nothing like watching your two daughters and wife enjoy a HEALTHY meal. I have to say for a mature bull the meat is fantastic, which makes a years worth of scouting and 2 days of work all worth it. Already looking forward to next years moose. Next week LOTW deer. |
