Surprised that this hasn't been posted yet.

Well checked today to see if we were lucky enough to draw an tag again this year. I wasn't lucky but another person in our party was, should be an Bull tag in WMU 54 as that was our first choice but not sure yet.

I was surprised to hear that I was successful in WMU-19 as an individual applicant, being that I was in Pool 2 this year.

I applied for a bull as my first and cow for my second choice, which will likely be a cow tag and I'm good with that. We should also have a bull tag from the group application. That's not counting the bull and cow tags that are included with the camp, which means that both of our 2-3 man groups will have a bull and a cow tag with them.

My buddy also drew a cow for WMU-65 for the Special Controlled Archery Moose Hunt, which opens on Oct 8-14.

I just called and it said my application for the moose draw was successful ,that means we have a bull and cow for 3 guys to hunt 21a and we also have a bull and cow for 19 as well for the other 3 guys . All I want is to use 1 tag ,thats all i care ,tired of coming close now its time to close the deal.

No tag for me. That's at least 10 years in a row. MNR sucks.

Hopefully someone else I hunt with was successful.

1 bull and 1 cow tag again.
Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a bowel movement by the clean end

I drew a bull tag for WMU-19. As long as our group doesn't change and the gauranted group size doesn't change we should be good. This archery moose hunting, is hunting at its best!
