Jim Brainard and James Baichtal 2010

Quote:

On September 10th longtime friends Jim Brainard and James Baichtal came across this enormous Alaska-Yukon moose. James was able to harvest this monster and found that his antlers stretched the tape to 70" wide. His bull was recently scored by B&C official measurer Glenn Anderson at 224". James also reports that the bull's meat tipped the scales at 800 pounds.

VERY, VERY NICE!!!... A Yukon moose hunt is on my bucket list of things to do before that day comes. Not sure if it will happen, but will certainly do my best to make it happen.

That is a giant moose. I'd love to do an archery Yukon moose hunt.

awesome looking animal. Would love to take a trip up there but a archery elk hunt is first on the list.
