That guy makes it look easy, but a friend of mine is a pro staffer for Quaker Boy and they sent him one and it is really difficult to get the hang off and one little error with the striker and it will make some pretty awful sounds that would send any moose out of the country. I would save my money...JMO :cheers:

Moose calling is not one of the more difficult calls to figure out. Gaining confidence takes time and experience. Each cow sounds different as each caller would. More important is the cadence and timing of your calls and the when and where's. Quaker Boy can't give you that.

Say what you want about it, I think its a great lil tool. I tried one out and was actually impressed with it. It was easy to use and I really didn't see how you could screw a call up on it. JMO. I will still use my hands but I can see this thing having its place. Best non voice call i have ever heard thats for sure
