first moose for me

Well i will try to keep it short. Tuesday morning me and camp capt were standing talking for about an hour. Then we both heard it small crash on the montain. then trotting by us was a moose i thought it had antlers said to capt. horns he said yep i shot with the old 30 30 and down it whent. I had about 5foot window to shoot through. he said he coundent see it but i could and it was down hears a few picks not a big one but its a bull.

we wernt on the road gofer thats ware we drug it to dress it. there is more to story .After i shot it Tbear triped me in the woods and knock me down.Then when we were crossing the river on the atv biggarry tryed to push me in. Just because i shot the moose.LOL we had alot of fun
