The owners have had the house vacant or rented and have had very little use. Filled in once in 3 years

We also heat with propane, we have two 480 liter tanks hooked in series. The house is really old with no insulation also and last year they filled th tanks about every 5-6 weeks costed us about $2000 for the winter. I know that when I build an new house that it will also be heated by propane as I like it alot better then oil.

smitty..there should be a sticker on the tank with who fills it...call the number to make sure it's on a schedule and you might be able to ask what was spent last yr on propane

I spoke with the contract provider, nothing scheduled. We asked for it to be filled before takeover, but seller declined.

New owner has also got to have an inspection completed. 200 dollars, no big deal
