Well I had to have some repair work done today to my Excalibur Phoenix and being a on the road most days I just popped into the plant in Kitchener. What I was greeted with was an extremely professional bunch of people who take service very seriously. They got me fixed up in no time at no charge to me and did it with a smile. I was invited to wait in the company boardroom which was kind of neat as its full of all the past and present models they make as well as a bunch of really nice trophy mounts , all harvested with Excalibur Xbows. I was helped by a fellow named "Peter" and he was fabulous. Lets just say that they have a customer for life out of me and if anybody is thinking of buying a new xbow Excalibur should be where you start and stop looking. Very high end looking facilities and very professional staff, never mind the fact they are made in Kitchener !!!!! Fabulous bows too.

That's good to hear. Good customer service is hard to get. Glad excalibur backs up their product.

Garanteed for life. My Wolverine was over 15 years old when it broke, Bill fixed it no charge and mailed it back to me with a free hat.

Great Newfie Hunter

I was too our local Bow shop just the other day and was talking with the owner and he told me that the excalibur is the lowest selling bow.He told me they just dont sell at his shop.I thought it was odd but he says that the horton is the best selling crossbow out of his store.I bought my excalibur there at his store, now I just need to start making better shots with it! :D
