It's not just this forum but " hunting photos in general".

Can someone here explain why so many successful hunters after shooting great animals, CAN'T SMILE while getting photographed ?

Is it because many are trying to look Macho, or do they have bad teeth ?

Jeesh, it drives me crazy . :killpc:

Addict!!
I have always wondered myself why this is as well

A hunting picture looks so much better with the excitement expressed, and even if the hunter thinks he or she looks stupid when they smile, it does not look like a stupid smile to us on this side of the screen.

To behonest you look stupid Not smiling

another thing that could be a problem is the person behind the camera that is some of the cause of this. When a picture is taken a person could stand or knell infront of a camera all day and not know when to " at the time of the moment" smile, so the person taken picture needs to tell the subject to smile at the moment of hitting the button on the camera as well.

Don't be scared to tell the taker to tell you to smile at the moment.

Hope that helps a little , as I live with a camera in one hand and a gun or bow in the other...
