It's been around longer and more then my ex sister inlaw.

It been reported to have been from across Canada and the lower United States over the last three years.

That's one of those pics that pops up from time to time "from my buddy's sister's cuosin's friend's trailcam, in our backyard!!!"

As already noted, it's an old pic (which is why the date stamp is obscured) and one look at the ground and it's clear that it's from an arid region. NM or AZ Like Renegade suggested are good bets. Take in mind the size of the deer as well. A buck from Tweed with a rack like that would be twice that size.
