Curious to know whether or not the online chainsaw operation and safety course is equivalent to the course you do in person such as Fleming college?

the online course is $80 and although ive used a chainsaw for years, i am required to take a course for work purposes.

thanks

Well I'm not really sure but would think you wouldn't get the hands on experience like you would at Fleming by doing it over the net.

Sorry couldn't let that one slide.

I called and talked with somone at the minstry and he wasnt able to find out whether it was acceptable or not but said he had read somewhere that it may be the case for logging/forestry guidelines.. not sure if I should go ahead and spend the $80
