I have a vaio laptop and used it heavily for school this past year and out of nowhere my sound stopped working... i can still hear what im listening to when i put in some headphones but no longer out loud? is there a chance i blew the speakers or simply pushed a button that turned it off.. if you have an idea let me know. it was used for school listening to lecture bs and was not used for that head banging music cranked up loud lol thanks in advance

If you can still hear it with headphones, I would suspect that your computer and software drivers are fine. Google "sony vaio speakers not working" |
