iPod Glass Replacement; DIY - If you break your glass

My son dropped his iPod and cracked the glass last fall, the unit still worked but I wanted to change the glass screen. I ordered a new glass and digitizer on eBay for $20 and then changed it myself last night in less than an hour.

Original screen after I removed it and the new screen in iPod this morning.

It works great.
