I was cruising down highway 6 the other day, doing 100 plus, when I hit the signal and start breaking. Something caught my eye that seemed to be out of place just off the road. So when I come to a complete stop, I back up, maybe 100-200yards. There were about 12-15 turkeys about 30 yards off the road, kind of hidden in the thicket. I went ahead, backed up 10-15 yards so my girls in the back seat could get a good look at the turkeys. They didn't seem alarmed at all, they just stuck the heads up, looked around, not one bit frightened. Ven-ator (Hunting doesn’t begin with a gun) |
