White spurs??; Never seen this before...

The bird I shot the other day had much whiter spurs then the bird Kevin shot.

Anyone ever seen this before or have any ideas why?

Kinda neat eh. So far I've never seen anything quite that white right to the tip but I've seen dark ones and fairly light ones in the Merriam's. Will look great on the necklace Paul having different colours and lengths. :thumbsup:

alot of birsd coming from prince edward county have white spurs.
i have taken 3 gobblers withe these.

It's really interesting to have heard so many stories of other with white spurs. I'd honestly never seen them before this year.

To make it even more odd, my second bird this year also had white spurs!
