Kevin and I took a friend out this morning and we heard gobbles all over. We finally coerced this jake to come into range...![]() I didn't ask for permission to post his picture so I've blanked him out. |

way to go paul, I was hunting a new spot this morning and couldn't figure why there was no birds there at all. On my way out I found my answer, it was old wiley coyote in the feild so I thought I would have some fun and do so lip squeals and see what would happen. Sure enough he locked right in and was coming hard. He went off to my left and I pulled back my bow he came within 2 steps of having an arrow in him, he must of had a good sixth sense and decided to circle down wind and off he went. Anyways I am sure that he is why the birds are not around and not talking. Congrats again. |

Ian, not a pumpkin, he was just out in the sun a little too long Steve, that yote would have made a nice kill with the bow. They wreak havoc on turkey hunts. We had a pack of them start howling about 10 minutes after the birds came off the roost and they shut right up for the next 40 minutes. |

Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a bowel movement by the clean end
