lots of gobbling this morning and saw loads of birds but nothing would get them close. Had to be almost 15 birds in the flock walking around the field this morning

I saw 9 deer and 1 turkey on the drive to work this morning.

I also saw 2 turkeys in the same spot the other day, the tom was puffed out!
Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a bowel movement by the clean end

We had the same problem dobber, we just could not call them in close enough. We also had about 15 birds walk the field when one did stray but the guy I was with ended up missing. Lots of gobbles also but would not show themselves.

I was out on this one property, I had gobbles coming from both sides (on adjoining properties), nothing to be seen though. I decided to move after about 2 hours, I walked over to the opposite edge of the property. I did some loud yelps, a gobbler when off, then a hen started yelping. I guess the gobbler was preoccupied with the hen.
