Today was my first time turkey hunting ever. So I had my hen decoy out this morning at 5:00am. I set up with my back against a farmers log fence between 2 fields. I did not have a blind or any junk in front of me for cover, just my predator fall brown camo from head to toe. I had 3 hens came out to my decoy just 20 feet in front of me and cluck at my decoy but did not dare to move to take a picture. Then at 5:45 my friend showed up and I took the camera out. Ain't it a b!+ch when you can see something is not quite right but you're upwind and you can't confirm what you're seeing with your nose? This went on for about 15 minutes with her running off and coming back again... here is the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuEygFPyR2Y Can you pick out the decoy? ![]()

Hey Terry, The Predator Camo is a great pattern. I have the fall brown archer's jacket and 6 pocket pants that I wore today. ![]() I also have the warp knit jacket and bibs for the cold weather in fall grey. I've never been busted when I stand still unless they are downwind or else I move and get busted. (missed a nice buck last November because I moved )![]() I bought most of my predator camo from Heights Archery in Winnipeg. Great service and shipping. http://www.archerybymail.com/contactus/contactus.cfm The only exception was my bib pants I bought from a seller on eBay. Send Heights an email and he will give you a quote if you're interested. Then you can phone in your order with a credit card and he will ship it out the next day. Nick |
