Well I finally got to tag a turkey!!!!!! .....got out to our blinds at 5......we set them up the evening before in a spot that we watch some hens on sat morning.....while setting them up we seen a tom and hen heading off to the east of us heading off the property we were going to hunt....undecided the wether we should move to the east and set up or stay with the original plan...we choose the latter...we were sure they were going to roost not to far away....and hoped we could call him back in the morning.....back to this morning...at around 6:30 2 hens entered the field and slowly made thier way through from one end to the other passing us at about 60yards out.....they were in sight for awhile then went over a little nole and out of sight...we had heard a few gobbles but they were along way off to the east of us.....a little bit after the hens disappeared...andy hears a hen he thinks ...afew minutes later he spots the tom heading up a hill behind us at about 80-90yds....we start to call ...and he starts gobbling and fanning out then he started back on his coarse up the hill he makes it about 20 yards and the we see a hen lift off from in front of him and fly into the field the hens were in .....this puts a page wire fence between the tom and the live hen...we have decoy's in that field aswell as in the field we are set up in ....well the tom makes a beline for the fence when he gets there he turns toward us and starts down the fence...we are set up at the bottom of the hill right against the fence ....he comes in to about 40yrds and stop's...all the while andy and i are calling ...he gobbles and fans out alot of times before he actually gets close to us and stops at the 40 yrd .....i've got my gun up and out a little hole in my blind ...did not have the window open much....well he turns and heads back up the hillalong the fence..i wisper to andy call him again...he can't hear what i'm saying so i pull the gun back in and start to call again andy starts again at this point andy tells me he can't see the bird ....he has no windows open that way.....so after a real quick summery of what is happining....andy gobbles to him well that turned him bac around...and down the fence he come's again...in no time at all he is inside 40...then30.....all the time andy is giving him little clucks and purrs ...i get the gun back up in to position when he gets to about 15 yards (11 big paces)...he turns into the fence...thinking he's found a spot to get through...i wisper to andy i'm going to shoot and i pull the trigger..... ...bird goes down.....woohooooo!!!!!!i've taken my first turkey....21lbs...10"bird....7/8"and 3/4"..........i'll post pics as soon as i can

A big thanks to Largeone(andy) for helping me tag this bird....and to all of those who post advice and their experiences on the forums...thanks!!!!
