We're gonna deep fry one this weekend on our fishing trip. Let you know how we make out. I've done farm birds but not a wild one yet. If you can get yourselves "marinated" enough its amazing what you will eat

the deep fried stuff is good but have any of you tried cutting it into strips, battering it with Fish Crisp and then deep frying?

Man, it is the best tasting stuff you'll ever find. Be careful who you have around because you may not get any!
