Would loved to have seen these a week earlier before I was tagged out. These birds were actually at the cam just an hour after I shot my last bow bird last Tuesday.

Look at the beards on these birds, you can also see the lead ones left spur if you look close.

Still have one camera out to check tomorrow while up at my other area looking for an bird for my buddy to shoot. Still also have another buddy and brother in-law to take out to try and fill tags with them. I'm on the camera and calls from now on. Looking forward to finishing off the season running the camera.

Doesn't it always happen that way.

I was taking to one of the farmers where I hunt turkeys the other day, and he was telling me about two huge toms with long and thick beards that were coming to eat in the corn silage. Only downfall is they see them at about 7:30 - 8:00 pm. He did tell me that they are coming out of a hardwood bush on the farm, so with his help and information, we have figured out a plan to cut them off during legal shooting hours. Right in the woods will be where I will be waiting on my next outing.
