I am just wondering if anybody knows what time the turkeys usually roost and if they roost in the same place every night or move around. Thanks. |

i haven't been keeping an eye on them lately but that sounds right. Birds in my area roost in the same general area but certainly move around. It is no guarantee they will be in the same trees around here. |

In my area they seem to head to the roost from 8:15 thur dark and they also don't seem to roost in the same tree night after night. I have seen some do it but not all. Matt |

I just got home not long ago as I went for a drive with my buddy to a turkey spot of ours.I saw 4 hens as soon as we hit the field. We took a drive about 1 km further and when i looked at the edge of the field I viewed with my binos 4 big longbeards, they were no where near the hens.I got my alarm clock on and I am heading in there in the morning. This was at 8 pm,I think they may be roosting there tonight.I have one tag to fill and a good friend of mine hasnt even been out yet.I hope I have some luck in the morning and hopefully the rain holds off. |

I just cant believe how many hens are wandering around. We spent most of this misable day in the blind and saw 4 or 5 hens. Its frustrating when this happens,we saw 4 big toms there a couple of nights ago. |
